Customer Relations Unit

The Customer Relations Unit (CRU) ensures that the Department of Employment Services (DOES) treats all customers with dignity, courtesy, and respect. CRU mediates cases regarding employment services, unemployment insurance, disability leave, and workers' compensation, and monitors the delivery of quality customer service by agency staff. The CRU staff prides itself on providing one-on-one assistance to internal and external customers.

In a continuous effort to improve customer satisfaction, CRU conducts customer surveys and compiles comprehensive reports, which are forwarded to the agency's director and senior managers for review. Using these reports, CRU works diligently with managers and staff to improve agency services.
