DC Works! Career Centers

DOES provides job seekers with a number of employment opportunities. Each center provides career counseling, career planning, resume assistance, direct job placement, classroom and on-the-job training, access to America's Job Bank (both online and via telephone), information about local and national labor markets, unemployment compensation and much more.

Dislocated workers may file for unemployment compensation insurance at the DC Works! Career Center Northeast, DC Works! Career Center Northwest or DC Works! Career Center Southeast. DC Works! Satellite Career Centers will not offer unemployment insurance processing, however you may file online at www.jobs.dc.gov. Customers interested in additional services should go to one of the full service one-stop centers listed below. For additional information call (202) 724-7000.
