Mr. Berley currently works with the consulting firm E&G Group (Edmondson and Gallagher) where he oversees the design and construction of building projects.
Mr. Berley’s experience includes design and inspection of structural systems for buildings and bridges, earth retaining structures, and temporary/permanent building foundation support systems. He previously worked at the full-scale laboratories of the Federal Highway Administration (Turner Fairbank) and Portland Cement Association (Construction Technology Labs, Inc.) where he performed analytical and physical research on the performance of structural materials.
Mr. Berley holds a bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering from the University of Maryland and a Masters of Structural Engineering from North Carolina State University. He is licensed as a Professional Engineer in the District of Columbia.
