2013 Stormwater Management Guidebook
Below is DDOE’s 2013 Stormwater Management Guidebook (2013 SWMG), as finalized on July 19, 2013. The 2013 SWMG provides technical guidance on complying with the 2013 Rule on Stormwater Management and Soil Erosion and Sediment Control. Regulated projects that are subject to the first transition period should refer to the 2003 SWMG.
The 2013 General Retention Compliance Calculator and the 2013 Rainwater Harvesting Retention Calculator must be used to prepare the Stormwater Management Plan that is required as part of the permit process for regulated construction and redevelopment sites. The 2013 Stormwater Retention Credit (SRC) Calculator should be used to calculate the eligible retention capacity of any site that is applying to generate SRCs.
This page also includes a file with tables that specify DDOE’s fees for permits and plan reviews related to stormwater management and soil erosion and sediment control. DDOE will adjust these fees annually for inflation, using the Urban Consumer Price Index published by the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics.
