The District Department of the Environment (DDOE) invites the public to present its views on the proposed triennial revision of the District of Columbia Surface Water Quality Standards as required by the Water Pollution Control Act of 1984 and Section 303(c) of the federal Clean Water Act (CWA).
Copies of the draft proposed rulemaking are on file at Martin Luther King, Jr. Library, 901 G. St., NW, Washington, DC 20001 and may be inspected during normal business hours. In addition, the document can be down loaded from the DC Register.

Persons making presentations are urged to address their statements to relevant issues. All presentations shall be limited to five minutes.
