The DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities Congratulates the Washington Performing Arts Society for Receiving National Medal of Arts

The DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities (DCCAH) congratulates the Washington Performing Arts Society for receiving the National Medal of Arts. Last week, the White House and the National Endowment for the Arts announced the 2012 winners, which includes the Washington Performing Arts Society. The National Medal for the Arts is this country’s highest national award for artists and supporters of the arts.
