2015 SYEP Notice of Funds Availability
The District of Columbia Department of Employment Services (DOES) is soliciting grant applications to support the delivery of a variety of workforce exploration and experience-based programs that will provide purposeful and developmentally appropriate employment and career exploration opportunities in support of the District's Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP). Through the SYEP, DOES strives to provide young people with life changing opportunities that will lay a solid foundation for successful adulthood.

Adult Training Program 2015
The District of Columbia Department of Employment Services (DOES) is seeking grant applications to meet the workforce development needs of District residents by implementing a variety of occupational programs and/or postsecondary education classes. The goal of this grant opportunity is to accelerate the ability of District residents to earn nationally recognized credentials and college credits. Successful grantees will provide: (1) credit-bearing, high-demand occupational training, (2) nationally recognized credentials, and (3) academic courses which may lead to a degree.
