DC Risk Based Corrective Action (DCRBCA) or Risk Based Decision Making (DCRBDM) Process
The District of Columbia Underground Storage Tank Regulations include the District of Columbia Risk Based Corrective Action (DCRBCA) or Risk Based Decision Making (DCRBDM) process. This process can be used to develop site-specific risk based screening levels (RBSLs) and site-specific target levels (SSTLs) for remediation. This approach is supported by the United States Environmental Protection Agency. The DCRBDM process is detailed in the DCRBCA Guidance Document, June 2011. The applicability of the DCRBCA Guidance Document, June 2011 (see below), is detailed in the DCRBCA Guidance Cover Letter (see below). Table 5-11 of the DCRBCA was updated in February 2012. If updated Tier I and Tier II forms are needed, they are available upon request. To do so, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call the UST Division at (202) 535-3322.
