Bargaining Unit Employees and Union Representatives

Agency Labor Liaisons are agency employees, designated by the director of the agency, who are responsible for all labor issues and grievance within their agency. They are expected to have more advance knowledge of the collective bargaining agreements and labor relations statute to provide immediate guidance on labor matters to the managers and supervisors in their agency.
