Community Partnerships

Every year, the District of Columbia Lottery and Charitable Games Control Board transfers millions of dollars to the District of Columbia's General Fund, which benefits those who live and work in the city as well as those who visit. To increase its exposure, DC Lottery uses community advertising and promotional opportunities by partnering with DC based nonprofit organizations. Community partnerships are based on demographics, location, audience, media exposure, cost, benefits to DC Lottery and other advertising and marketing considerations.
