A draft of Washington, DC’s proposed Four-Year Stand-Alone State Plan for implementing the federal Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) in the District from 2020 through 2023 is available using the link below. The DC Department of Employment Services, DC National Caucus and Center on Black Aging SCSEP and DC’s workforce development system partners have drafted this plan. The DOES Office of Workforce and Federal Programs welcomes public comments. You may submit your comments on this plan by email at [email protected] until 5 pm on Friday, March 25, 2022.
