WIOA - Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Final Text July 22, 2014
On July 22, 2014, the President signed H.R. 803 The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. The WIOA replaces the 1998 Workforce Investment Act, WIA, providing comprehensive change, updating of our nation's workforce development, and training programs, including services for persons with significant disabilities.
