The Pathways for Young Adults Program is designed to assist out-of-school and out-of-work District residents ages 18-24 by combining occupational training, life skills development and work readiness instructions to connect them back to the world of work successfully.

The Youth Connection Center (YCC) has an extensive application process that determines a youth’s eligibility for every Office of Youth Program program and service.

Summer Youth Employees

The Office of Youth Programs (OYP) develops and administers workforce development programs for District youth ages 14-24.
