- Source data will flow from all data systems into the data warehouse
- Controls will be in place to identify and address data errors and data quality issues as data flow into the data warehouse
- A DOES data standard will be applied to all data, allowing for easy integration and analysis across data assets
- Metrics and summary statistics will be calculated in real-time as data flow into the data warehouse
- DOES staff will be able to access data directly from the data warehouse with multiple interface options
- A data inventory (catalog) will be available for all staff, including data dictionaries and data asset metadata
- A front-end application to the data warehouse will provide interactive access to individual- and program-level data
- Staff will be able to drill down into the data from aggregate metrics to gain insights
- The data warehouse will become the source for reports, metrics, and visualizations
- DOES staff will be able to access data directly from the data warehouse and the metadata repository with multiple interface options
- A subset of data in the data warehouse will be classified as “approved for public release”
- Data that are approved for public release will be made available in the DOES public data portal
- The public data portal will provide access to pre-defined reports, data visualizations, and all DOES data that are approved for public release
