Unemployment insurance claims that require DOES to access information provided through Virginia’s State Identification Inquiry (SIDI) may experience temporary processing delays. Virginia’s system for wage information has been inactive since December 3, 2021, due to scheduled maintenance. Although DOES continues to process claims, delays may continue until the state’s data system is fully restored.
