The College Fellowship Program (CFP), a professional development initiative designed to support recent college graduates in transitioning into meaningful, in-demand public or private sector careers. DOES OSY seeks applications from organizations with experience in workforce development, professional training, and career placement services. The selected grantee(s) will manage the fellowship placement process, identify fellowship host sites, provide ongoing professional development training and mentorship, and ensure fellows are equipped with industry-recognized certifications that enhance their career trajectories. The program will operate for two cohorts under this grant.
