BOSS Up: DOES, through OSY, is seeking applications from vendors to facilitate the BOSS Up Program, designed to equip young adults with the foundational skills, entrepreneurship training, and hands-on business experience necessary to build career pathways in business ownership and self-employment. The program will provide targeted coaching, financial literacy education, mentorship, and real-world application through business planning and launch support. By fostering an entrepreneurial mindset and offering structured learning opportunities, BOSS Up will empower District youth to create and sustain successful ventures that contribute to economic mobility and long-term career growth.
