The Department of Employment Services (DOES) reserves the right without prior notice, to reduce or cancel one or more programs listed in this Request for Applications (RFA). DOES reserves the right to reject all applications, adjust the total available funds or cancel the RFA in part or whole. Funding levels for the total program and budget amounts of individual awards shall be contingent upon continued receipt of funding by DOES, as well as any reduction, elimination or reallocation of funds by a federal grantor, the Executive Office of the Mayor (EOM) and/or DOES. Any adjustments shall be in accordance with authorizing legislation for the use of funds, all DC municipal regulations for grant-making and the applicable federal and DOES terms of agreement.
