DOES, through its Office of Workforce and Federal Programs Out-of-School Youth Program requests applications from qualified organizations to provide services to a minimum of 10 District youth, ages 18-24, through its Participant Advancement, Training, and Higher Education (PATH) Grant. Formally Pathways for Young Adults Program (PYAP).
The purpose of PATH is to support the delivery of innovative workforce solutions that will drastically improve opportunities for youth between the ages of 18-24 years old to successfully enter and remain in the 21st century workforce.
