RFA - FY25 DOES College Fellowship Program Grant

The College Fellowship Program is a six-month professional development initiative designed to support recent college graduates with transition into rewarding and in-demand careers in the public or private sectors. By integrating hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and leadership development opportunities, the program ensures participants are exposed to real-world job settings to prepare them for their future career trajectories.
 
The purpose of this Request for Applications (RFA) is to identify an entity to serve as the Intermediary for the College Fellowship Program (CFP). The selected entity will manage the fellowship placement process, identify fellowship host sites, provide ongoing professional development training and mentorship, and ensure fellows are equipped with industry-recognized certifications that enhance their career trajectories. These efforts will ensure a seamless participant experience and strengthen pathways to careers in state and local government. The program will serve 40 participants across two 6-month cohorts.
