BOSS Up is a workforce and entrepreneurship development program designed to equip District youth with the foundational skills, financial literacy, mentorship, and hands-on experience needed to start and grow a business. Through structured coursework, business coaching, networking, and direct support for business planning and launch, the program provides participants with real-world exposure to entrepreneurship. By fostering innovation, self-sufficiency, and economic empowerment, BOSS Up ensures that young entrepreneurs have the tools and support needed to establish and sustain successful businesses in the District.
