The purpose of the Participant Advancement, Training, and Higher Education (PATH) Program is to support the delivery of innovative workforce solutions that will drastically improve opportunities for youth between the ages of 16-24 years old to successfully enter and remain in the 21st-century workforce. Applicants will be expected to provide high quality structured work readiness training, that will lead to industry recognized certifications.
