T.E.C.H. FORCE, is an innovative workforce development initiative designed to equip out-of-school youth with critical IT and cybersecurity skills that align with the high-demand technology sector in the District. This program will provide participants with hands-on technical training, industry-recognized certifications, and direct pathways to employment in IT support, networking, and cybersecurity. DOES OSY invites applications from experienced training providers that can deliver certification-based instruction, integrate work-based learning opportunities, and establish employer partnerships to facilitate job placement.
