On November 27 - 28, the DC Department of Employment Services (DOES) and the American Job Center locations will be closed in observance of Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday. Please be advised, if you receive unemployment insurance benefits, payments may be delayed due to the DOES and American Job Center locations closure. Through the DC Healthcare Academy, participants receive the training, certifications, and credentials they need to be hired into high-need healthcareer careers. ​DOES team look forward to expanding these partnership to increase reach and impact.
