The Department of Employment Services' American Job Centers at DOES headquarters, 4058 Minnesota Ave NE, and 899 North Capitol St NE will be open Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 10 am. The American Job Center at 2201 Shannon Pl SE will be closed. All classes and trainings at DOES and the DC Infrastructure Academy are also canceled. Online services will continue as scheduled. Residents are encouraged to file unemployment insurance claims online at DOES.
